Conformal coating materials with a viscosity of 200 to 3000 centipoise can be applied at high speed by using a new nozzle (patent pending) and selective coating that forms a liquid film coating pattern.　As a result, it is possible to coat solvent-free silicone, UV-based materials, etc. at a coating speed that is more than double that of conventional two-fluid sprays.

The Japanese patent was already obtained in July 2024. Patents are planned to be obtained around the world, including in Europe, America, and Asia.
